Make your Mark on Poverty: Grants for Local Schools

The United Way of the Alberta Capital Region is looking for teachers and students who are passionate about poverty elimination. Through individual projects or a collective initiative, grants are available for efforts that:

-          Teach students the challenges people face when living in poverty

-          Inspire creativity and collaboration

-          Educate the broader community

-          Encourage the community to show support and Make a Mark on Poverty in our region

Projects can receive up to $2,500 and all submissions must be received by April 6th.

Please share this unique opportunity for Edmonton’s youth to get directly involved in marking their mark on poverty in our community.
